Terms

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Derek D. Kim, the operator of mcpw. You accept them by signing in. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

mcpw is a hosted MCP gateway. It connects the MCP servers you choose to the AI clients you choose, using credentials you provide, through one URL per profile.

3. Soft launch

mcpw is free for now. Features may change or end, and there is no uptime commitment. We will give notice before charging for anything.

4. Your account and credentials

You must be entitled to use every credential you connect. You authorise mcpw to store those credentials encrypted and to present them to the servers you connected whenever a client you installed calls a tool. You are responsible for the clients you install and the tokens you mint.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use mcpw for anything unlawful. Do not try to get around limits, isolation or another user's data. Respect the terms of the servers you connect. Do not resell the service.

6. Third-party servers and clients

The servers and clients you use with mcpw are not ours. Their availability, behaviour and terms are theirs, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, with notice where practical.

8. Disclaimers and liability

mcpw is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law of the State of Texas, United Statesallows, our liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past twelve months, which is currently nothing, and a nominal sum.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, United States.

10. Changes

The date at the top is when this version took effect. Continued use after notice of a change is acceptance of it.
